Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) Chairman D.J. Rajakaruna said that fuel prices will not be increased again at the end of March.
The government will revise the next fuel price based on the world market fuel prices, he said at a press conference at the Government Information Department.
Fuel prices were increased at midnight on March 21, when the price of auto diesel was increased by Rs. 79 per liter to Rs. 382, while the price of super diesel was increased by Rs. 90 to Rs. 10. 443, while octane 95 petrol was increased by Rs. 90 to Rs. 455, and octane 92 petrol was increased by Rs. 81 to Rs. 398 per liter.
