The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has announced that there will be no revision in fuel prices for the month of August.
Its Chairman D.J. Rajakaruna stated at a special media briefing held today (31) that the current prices will be maintained throughout the month of August. Accordingly, the price of a liter of 92 octane petrol will remain unchanged at Rs. 414, a liter of 95 octane petrol at Rs. 495, a liter of Lanka White Diesel at Rs. 382 and a liter of Super Diesel at Rs. 478.
The CPC also said that the previous price of a liter of kerosene oil, which was Rs. 285, will not be revised.
