The case filed against former President Ranil Wickremesinghe for allegedly misusing state funds during a trip to England is scheduled to be taken up at the Fort Magistrate’s Court today (29).
The complaint has been filed regarding allegations of misusing state funds to travel to London to attend a graduation ceremony for his wife, Professor Maithri Wickremesinghe, during Ranil Wickremesinghe’s term as President.
