Former Pradeshiya Sabha member Shantha Mudunkotuwa was killed in a shooting incident that occurred on the Meegoda-Attygalle road today (12) at around 1.00 pm.
The Police Media Division said that the former Pradeshiya Sabha member, who was injured in the shooting, died after being admitted to the Homagama Hospital. The shooting was carried out by a group that arrived in a motor vehicle.
