A fire broke out at an oil tank belonging to the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery this afternoon (10). Sapugaskanda Police said that fire brigade units are working diligently to douse the fire.
It is said that the fire broke out during a repair work on an oil tank that had been emptied of fuel.
