The lack of veterinarians in Nuwara Eliya District is becoming a significant problem, said Central Province Governor Lawyer Lalith U Gamage at the Nuwara Eliya District Coordinating Committee.
He said that when the Nuwara Eliya District Coordination Committee meeting was held at the Nuwara Eliya District Secretariat Auditorium.
He further said that the Nuwara Eliya district is the center of milk production and the central province is facing a challenge due to the shortage of veterinarians.
