The Road Development Authority says that the Colombo-Kandy main road, which was closed to traffic from the Kadugannawa area, will be open to all vehicles 24 hours a day from 4.00 am tomorrow (08).
Although the road that was closed after the first landslide was reopened, it was closed again within 24 hours.
