Famous singer Chamara Weerasinghe has been admitted to South Colombo Teaching Hospital due to illness. According to hospital sources, he has been receiving treatment at the hospital for a few days and has now been admitted to the intensive care unit.
The sources further say that Chamara Weerasinghe’s condition is not serious but he is under close medical supervision.
He had sung in several musicals despite his throat condition.
