The police have received the technical inspection report of the vehicle of MP Ashoka Ranwala, who was involved in a car accident, said Police Media Spokesperson Assistant Superintendent of Police F.U. Wutler.
Accordingly, he stated that the vehicle inspection report stated that the brakes of the vehicle driven by MP Ashoka Ranwala had not been properly maintained and that there was a problem with the brake system.
However, he further stated that the police have not yet received MP Ashoka Ranwala’s medical report and that further legal action will be taken against the MP after receiving the report.
