A serious uproar has erupted in Bollywood due to an obscene video created using artificial intelligence.
Intense unrest has arisen within the Bollywood film industry following the circulation on social media of an obscene video featuring the likeness of popular Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor. Telugu and Bollywood actor Junior NTR has emphasized that strict legal action will be taken against this act. This video was created by using artificial intelligence to manipulate footage from the popular song “Chuttamalle”—featuring Junior NTR and Janhvi Kapoor—from the 2024 film Devara: Part 1. The video, which was altered to depict an obscene nature not present in the original footage, has circulated rapidly on social media over the past few days, sparking widespread public discussion.
Condemning this fake video, Junior NTR issued a statement describing the creation and sharing of such content as a deeply repulsive, perverse, and shameless act.
Stating that he intends to ensure the law is enforced to the fullest extent against those responsible for this offense, he has urged social media users to refrain from watching, sharing, or engaging with the video in question.
