The police have managed to arrest the cab driver involved in the accident that killed three people in the Rambewa area .
A group of pedestrians who were returning after watching a music concert met with the accident in which three youths were killed and two women were injured, police said.
After the incident, the driver of the cab, which escaped, was arrested by the police along with two passengers on the Anuradhapura-Jaffna route. The young man who caused the accident is 18 years old and he did not have a valid driver’s license, police said.
