Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Member of Parliament Rohitha Abeygunawardena said in Parliament that twenty-one rabies vaccine should be given to the opposition leader Sajith Premadasa.
He said that the leader of the opposition is wasting time in Parliament every day and it is like a person who has been bitten by a mad dog.
Therefore, he said that through the anti rabies unit under the Ministry of Health, twenty one rabies vaccin will be given to the opposition leader and he said that Lakshman Kiriella, the main organizer of the opposition who supports the opposition leader, should also get fourteen vaccinations.
He further said that he has not seen such a childish opposition leader in his entire parliamentary life. He expressed these views while addressing the budget committee of the Ministry of Health in Parliament.
