A man who tried to make his YouTube channel popular by adding nude photos of his own 14-year-old daughter, was hacked to death by his wife.
Suranga Pradeep Kumara (37), a resident of Wellawa police area in Kurunegala district, has been killed. He workes at Kurunegala Teaching Hospital. A father of two childtrn report says.
The woman told the police that her husband repeatedly tried to take nude photos of her only daughter on the channel, and she prevented him seeveral time and conflicts arose between the two.
She told the police officers on that day of the incident, the husband locked her and her son in a room and took the daughter and tried to take her nude photos. But she unlocked the door and came out and hit tha husband with a sword. victime dide then and there. The suspect woman, who is a garment worker, has been arrested by Wellawa police.
On the instructions of Senior Superintendent of Police Upul Chandana Abeysinghe, Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of North West Province Kitsiri Jayalath, Station Commander of Wellawa Police Inspector Ajith Kumara is conducting further investigations.
