The students claim that the cause of the controversial situation between a security officer and the students of Kelaniya University is that the concerned officer sexually abuced the mother of a student of that university.
By releasing videos on the internet, they claim that investigations are not being conducted properly in this regard and the governing authority of the university is working to suppress those investigations.
