The Citizen Power Against Bribery, Corruption organization organized a protest this morning (15th) in front of the Presidential Secretariat. The protest was against the decision to restore vehicle Permite to MPs.
When the protest began, the police removed the banners, leading to a heated situation with the protestors.
Later, the protestors handed over a memorandum to the President’s Additional Secretary, Kapila Munasinghe.
