President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed 18 new High Court judges. The relevant appointment letters were presented by the President at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon (03).
17 Special Class Judicial Officers and a Senior Government Advocate serving in the Attorney General’s Department have been appointed as High Court judges.
These appointments have been made by the President in accordance with Article 111(2) of the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
