08 road accidents have been reported in the last 24 hours and 10 deaths have been reported. The police mention that 05 out of these 8 accidents happened due to vehicle skidding on the road.
It has been observed that many road accidents are caused by negligence of drivers.
Police Media Spokesperson, Deputy Inspector General of Police Nihal Talduwa said that the drivers are requested to follow the traffic rules and regulations.
