A four-day work week will be introduced. The remaining three days are holidays

Anton Marcus, Joint Secretary of the Free Trade Zones and Public Employees Union, says that the government is preparing to remove the current 5-day work week and introduce a 4-day work week.

He said that under that system, the government has proposed to turn the auther 3 days into unpaid holidays. He said that it is the government’s attempt to abolish all the privileges that the workers have won so far by saying that it will encourage investors in the country, and everyone should unite to defeat it.

He further said that there are plans to remove the current 8-hour work shift and introduce a new 12-hour work shift in the future.
