A precarious government for Israel.

Foreign media report that, following the counting of all votes in Israel’s general election, no single party has secured a clear majority.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition has won 53 seats, the opposition bloc has secured 48 seats, and Arab parties have obtained 19 seats. Consequently, as no party has achieved a majority, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will need to seek the support of opposition groups to form a government. To form a government in that country, it is necessary to win 61 seats in the 120-seat parliament.
