The Fort Magistrate’s Court today ordered the remand of Anuda Janadith Bandara, son of former State Minister Shantha Bandara, and five other suspects who were arrested a few days ago in connection with the robbery of Rs. 20 million from a Chinese national, until the 27th of this month.
This order was given when the suspects were produced before Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasena today (23).
