The All Ceylon Restaurant and Bar Owners Association says that it has decided to reduce the price of a cup of milk tea by ten rupees from today (16).
Chairman of the association, Harsha Rukshan, said that the price of a cup of milk tea has been reduced in this way due to the decision taken to reduce the price of imported milk powder from today.
Milk powder importers had decided to reduce the price of a kilogram of imported milk powder by 125 rupees from today. According to the decision, they have also agreed to reduce the price of a 400-gram packet of powdered milk by 50 rupees.
