Former Sri Lanka Cricket head coach Chandika Hathurusingha has filed another lawsuit against Sri Lanka Cricket.
The case is at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland.
He had previously filed a lawsuit in the same court seeking compensation for defamation and financial loss suffered by him due to the premature termination of his contract.
Through that lawsuit, Hathurusingha had accused Sri Lanka Cricket of losing his income, losing his fair share and damaging his reputation, and had sought compensation of US$5 million.
