The person who planned to kill an organized criminal who is currently in remand custody, Nadun Chinthaka, (Harak Kata) has been arrested.
The person who was arrested with a revolver is an employee of the Lowland Development Board. The police say that he had planned to come to the area as a journalist to kill the suspect.
