The Samurdhi Union has decided to refrain from opening Samurdhi Banks on 15th of April to coincide with the Sinhala-Hindu New Year.
Chamara Maddumakaluge, the union’s national organizer, said that the union’s national organizer is taking the professional action based on the incentive problem of Samurdhi employees.
