The Sun is expected to be directly over Sri Lanka from April 5 to April 15, said the National Meteorological Centre’s Forecast Division.
Accordingly, it is said that the sun will peak over Balapitiya, Elpitiya, Morawaka and Tissamaharama areas of Sri Lanka at around 12:12 noon.
Meanwhile, in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Galle and Matara districts, there will be scattered rains after 2.00 pm. In the afternoon or during the night, there may be rain in a few places in North-West Province and Nuwara Eliya District.
