SJB General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara says that they will not consider any restrictions and will take to the streets tomorrow and fire the first shot to topple the current government.
“The I.G.P or anyone else can impose any restrictions, but we will break all the rules and bring 50,000 to Colombo tomorrow,” He said at a media press conference today.
The pioneer of the 2022 rebellion was Samagi Jana Balawega. We intend to do the same this time. “There is no need to say where we are going tomorrow but we will reveal it at the right time tomorrow,” he said.
Former Member of Parliament Hirunika Premachandra, who joined the discussion, said that the protest will be held against the Anti-Terrorism Bill, the Internet Security Bill and the repressive laws like tax increase.
