A 46-year-old suspect has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department in connection with the incident of setting fire to the private house of President Ranil Wickremesinghe on July 09, 2022.
It is said that he is a resident of Boralasgamuwa area and is a teacher who conducts English tutoring classes. The suspect is going to be produced in the Fort Magistrate’s Court tomorrow
