Before the American presidential election to be held in 2024, the two main political parties in America have already started the internal polls to elect their candidates.
Former President Donald Trump defeated the rest of the Republican Party candidates in a poll held in the Iowa State Political Council.
Political analysts say that with Trump being able to win that vote, it will be a big challenge for Democrat Joe Biden, who is fighting again for the presidency in the upcoming American presidential election in November.
Trump and several candidates for the presidential nomination from the Republican Party appeared on the Iowa ballot. Trump won 51% of the vote. Second place went to Ron DeSantis. He secured a percentage of 21.3%. Nikki Heli could get only 19% percentage.
