Tomorrow is Sri Lanka’s day

At the end of the third day of the first test match against Bangladesh in Sialhet, the Sri Lankan team could be seen to be in a very strong position. Sri Lanka batted first in the match and were bowled out for 280 runs. In reply, Bangladesh were bowled out for 188 runs.

Then Sri Lanka who played their second innings scored 418 runs in 110.3 overs. After scoring a century in the first innings, Dhananjaya Silva and Kamindu Mendis managed to score two centuries in the second innings as well. Dhananjaya Silva scored 108 runs and Kamindu Mendes scored 164 runs.

Hasan Miraz bowled 4 wickets for 74 runs.

When the Bangladesh team came to the field to chase a target of 511 runs, they lost 5 wickets and scored 47 runs. Vishwa Fernando scored 13 wickets
