The Railway department says that there will be a change in the running of the coastal line due to the independence celebrations to be held tomorrow (04).
According to the plan, the trains running from 05.00 am to 09.00 am tomorrow will not stop at General Secretariat Railway Station, Kollupitiya and Bambalapitiya railway stations.
The department said that it is planned to run the train non-stop in order to ensure the safety of the dignitaries participating in the 76th Independence Commemoration which will be held tomorrow (04) and the troops of the three armed forces and the police participating in the parade.
