The Department of Posts says that the approval was given to use the Nuwara Eliya Post Office building for an investment project. Accordingly, its future development activities are to be carried out by the Urban Development Authority.
Urban Development Authority Director General Prasad Ranaweera said that further steps will be taken after providing an alternative location for the post office.
