Prominent businessman Dudley Sirisena, who came to deliver the guest lecture in the Public Relations and Media Management post-graduate diploma course at the University of Kelaniya, has been protested by the students.
Students surrounded Dudley Sirisena’s car and protested by not allowing him to enter the yunuversity. The students who accused him of raising the price of rice by hiding it, blamed the staff for inviting such people for lectures.
Dudley Sirisena owns a chain of businesses including Araliya Rice, and is also the brother of former Executive President Maithripala Sirisen
