Tilvin Silva, the general secretary of the J.V.P, states that the socialist camp in the world has collapsed and therefore the they also has to change its tactics day by day.
He says that although there are still some socialist countries in the world, they do not influence the world spiritually. Therefore, we always analyzes the existing situation and has to face the new situation, and that is our politics, he said.
