President Ranil Wickremesinghe visited the Colombo residence of State Minister Sanath Nishantha who passed away in an accident. There, the President met the relatives of the Minister of State and expressed his condolences to them.
State Minister Sanath Nishantha and his personal bodyguard were killed in a car accident on Katunayake Expressway in Colombo this morning. The driver is still receiving treatment in the hospital.
