President Ranil Wickremesinghe is preparing to deliver a special speech to the international community tonight.
The President’s lecture at Harvard University will be a one-hour lecture, and a question and answer session will be held at the end of the lecture, according to Harvard University.
The lecture is scheduled to start at 10 am American time and it is scheduled to start at 7 pm Sri Lanka time.
