The Padukka police have started investigations to arrest a husband who was accused of stripping his wife naked, tying her hands and feet and putting Kochi chillies in her body.
It is reported that the woman who was subjected to this inhuman act has received treatment from Padukka Hospital and both the mother and the daughter are deeply traumatized as all these atrocities were committed in front of their eleven-year-old daughter.
Police say that a complaint has been made by a mother of four children residing in Padukka Angampitiya area, and she has mentioned that her husband came drunk and tied her hands and feet and crushed leech worms and kochi chillies into her body and she was suffering severe pain.
The suspect’s husband has fled the area and the police have started investigations to arrest him.
