Sinopec Company has expressed its agreement to start operations within 45 days after signing the agreement to sell fuel in Sri Lanka. Also, it is reported that the RM park-shell company has informed the Ministry of Energy that it is ready to start fuel distribution operations from the first week of June.
An online meeting was held between the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy with the officials of RM Parks-Shell Company. After discussing the necessary business licenses, agreements, policies, infrastructure, dates of signing agreements and the time frame for starting the operations of fuel import, distribution and sales in Sri Lanka, the agreement to start the business activities in the first week of June will be announced. received
Also, the company’s technical officers observed during their visit to the warehouse terminal last week and supported the modernization of internationally required facilities in their financial investment in the month of May.
