Two suspects have been arrested with 1 kilogram and 501 grams of ice in an operation conducted by Madampitiya Police.
This stock of ice was found in the possession of two suspicious persons in a three-wheeler parked near the Sathhiru Sevana apartment building in Madampitiya this morning (22) when the police searched them.
The two youths, aged 24 and 29, are residents of Wellampitiya, the police said. Madampitiya Police are conducting further investigations.
