Police say that a special traffic plan will be implemented around Colombo from January 31st to February 1st.
This is due to the annual Navam Maha Perahera being held at the Hunupitiya Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo on those days.
Police are requesting the public and drivers traveling through the area on those days to use alternative routes.
