Member of Parliament Wimal Weerawansa stated that the members of the Tamil National Alliance are operating from a racist standpoint and are being labeled as racists for their responses to those racist statements.
He explained that he was unable to attend court yesterday due to illness, and a valid medical certificate was submitted to the court as evidence. Furthermore, he expressed no intention to resurrect former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and highlighted that certain individuals have maliciously portrayed Mahinda as a demon.
