Three people have died in an accident in Kuliyapitiya when a van carrying school children collided with a tipper truck transporting sand.
Kuliyapitiya Police report that two school children and the van driver have died in the accident. Thirteen other school students who were involved in the accident have been admitted to hospital and further investigations are underway.
