Lawyer Indratissa, who appeared on behalf of the suspect in this case, further commented that what ever the court thinks, the two people involved in this crime are still at free and the police will not arrest them.
President’s Counsel Indratissa asked why his client who innocently followed the proper tender procedure was arrested without arresting the real culprits for not following the tender procedure.
The magistrate refused the suspect’s bail request and ordered him to be remanded until November 29.
