The hearing of Manusha and Harin’s petitions is adjourned to 27th

The Supreme Court today ordered the adjournment of the hearing of the petition filed by Ministers Harin Fernando and Manusha Nanayakkara demanding that the decision taken by the Samagi Jana Balawega to be declared against the law is till the 27th of this month.

When the petitions were called today, it is stated that the court has ordered the adjournment of the hearing on the petitions until the 27th, as the bench that participated in the hearing of the petitions the previous day has not been assembled properly.

The petitioners point out in their petitions that the decision taken by Samagi Jana Balawega to revoke their party membership without any fair investigation is completely against the law.
