The Criminal Investigation Department has succeeded in arresting the manager of the company who imported and distributed immunoglobulin to hospitals in Sri Lanka by presenting false information.
The arrest has been made according to an order issued by the Maligawatta Magistrate’s Court to arrest the suspects related to this incident. According to the report, all the officials involved in this incident are going to be arrested in the next few days.
According to the report, among these people are high-ranking officials of the Drug Regulatory Authority and the health sector.
