Stopped Japanese projects are ready to resume
In the report, Japan is ready to resume the light rail project which was unilaterally stopped by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, and the projects which are running on Japanese loans but are currently suspended.
The Japanese Embassy in Sri Lanka, which makes a statement on this, says that their country is ready to restart the stopped projects and start new projects, but for that, the debt restructuring work must be successful.
