The navy has managed to rescue six fishermen who were in an accident in a fishing vessel in the western sea off Beruwala area.
The owner of the vessel informed the Colombo Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center at the Navy Headquarters that the vessel was sinking due to water leaking into the vessel due to bad weather conditions.
