It is reported that Samagi Jana Balawega (SJB) is to be appointed as the new president of the party’s national list member Imtiaz Bakir Markar.
Speaking on this matter, Samagi Jana Balawega General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara said that the seniors of the party are currently discussing this matter and will confirm the matter at the executive conference held next week.
Imtiaz Bakir Makar, an accomplished politician, represented the United National Party and came to Parliament for the first time.
