Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia Udayanga Weeratunga mentions that after Namal Rajapaksa wins the upcoming presidential election, Johnston Fernando, the lion of Kurunegala, will be appointed as the Prime Minister.
He also said that Namal Rajapaksa’s presidential campaign will surpass Ranil Wickremesinghe within a week of starting on the 21st. He claims that in this year’s presidential election, Namal Rajapaksa will have a competition only with Mr. Sajith Premadasa.
