His Holiness Pope Francis has passed away.
The 88-year-old Pope passed away at his residence in the Casa Santa Marta in the Vatican.
Pope Francis, who had been in hospital for more than a month due to a respiratory illness, has since recovered.
He also attended the Easter Mass held in St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican yesterday (20).
