Police officer suspended for playing President’s piano

Inspector General of Police C. D. to ban the service of a police constable who played the piano there when the militants occupied the President’s House with immediate effect. Wickramaratne is in charge.

On July 10, the activists entered the President’s House in Colombo Fort, and at that time this constable had also gone to the President’s House. He had played a piano in the Presidential Palace, and after an investigation, the Inspector General of Police suspended him from work.

This constable was attached to Saliyawewa Police in Puttalam division.
